Restore Premium on a new phone

Sign in to the same Google or Apple account you bought with, open the app, and tap Restore purchases at the bottom of any tab.

Cancel a subscription

• Android: Google Play › your profile picture › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › The Honest Hum › Cancel.
• iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › The Honest Hum › Cancel Subscription.

Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Google or Apple.

A story says it needs internet

One story in every collection is inside the app. The others download the first time you play them (about 3 to 5 MB each) and then play offline. Connect once, tap play, and leave it downloaded.

Sound stops with the screen off (Android)

Some phones close apps to save battery. In Settings › Apps › The Honest Hum › Battery, choose Unrestricted (or "No restrictions").

Your data

Your stats, ratings and settings live only on your phone. Deleting the app deletes them. See the Privacy Policy.
